Dictionary.com adds over 300 new words

Trending this morning, Dictionary.com is expanding its vocabulary by incorporating more than 300 new words. Among them, "bed-rotting," which refers to the practice of spending extended hours in bed during the day with snacks or electronic devices, often as a means of retreating from activity or stress.
