Arlene Alvarez: Special prosecutor reopening case

Two years ago, 9-year-old Arlene Alvarez was shot and killed while heading to a Valentine's Day dinner with her family. The family feels they are closer to justice after the Harris County DA appoints a special prosecutor to investigate her case.
