Arlene Alvarez murder case being reopened

Wednesday marks two years since the murder of 9-year-old Arlene Alvarez who was shot and killed while riding in a car with her parents in Houston. FOX 26's Denise Middleton has more details on how the case is now being reopened by the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
