Severe storms moved across the northern FOX26 counties on Sunday morning. The cold front that generated those storms has cleared off to the east and cool and breezy conditions now move into Houston. This week will start off with 3 mornings in the 40s and pleasant afternoons. Valentine's Day will be lovely with highs in the upper 60s. Rain chances returns late in the week.
