South winds are increasing and that signals a change to our weather pattern for the rest of the week. It will be a good bit milder overnight with lows near 60. Look for a few light rain showers Thursday with spotty light rain possible on Friday. As a front approaches this weekend, rounds of heavier rain and some storms are expected off and on this weekend. There's a 80% chance Saturday and a 70% chance Sunday. Many of you will likely pick up around an inch of rain this weekend with isolated 1.5" - 2" totals. That means street flooding risk is not high but watch out for some ponding of water on roads. 20% chance for rain lingers Monday with dry weather expected for Tuesday and Valentine's Day on Wednesday. Temperatures stay above average through Sunday and get a bit cooler Monday and Tuesday.
