FOX26 Houston Weather Forecast

A few flood warnings remain along the Trinity River at Liberty (Major Flood Threat Through Friday) and the San Bernard River near Boling & Sweeny (Minor Flooding) through Wednesday. Look for some patchy fog early Wednesday followed by a lovely mild afternoon in the 70s. Thursday will be just as nice with more sun and a pleasant & dry afternoon. Pattern shifts Friday evening as our next system bring showers that will increase through the night. Heavy rain and storms appear likely Saturday with many areas picking up another 1-2" of rain. This could lead to additional street flooding and the area has been placed in a low threat for flooding Friday night through Saturday night. Remember to avoid any flooded areas and check with us on Fox Local for even more coverage! Slightly cooler air builds in behind a front early next week but we still remain seasonably cool.
