Mother unhappy with son's killer's sentence

The mother of a special needs man who was brutally murdered by a fellow Harris County Jail inmate says her family still hasn't gotten justice. Fred Harris was killed by Michael Ownby who accepted a plea deal to serve 50 years in prison. Harris' mother says she's disappointed and hurt the judge didn't give Ownby a life sentence.
