Hunter Biden offers to publicly testify before Congress

Hunter Biden is offering to testify before the House Oversight Committee coming up in mid-December. The president's son agreed to comply with the subpoena that was issued by the House Oversight chairman, but that's only if he's allowed to testify in public, open door.
