Houston police give update on Fulton shooting

Houston police officials give details on the shooting that occurred on Fulton Street near Northside High School on Tuesday afternoon. One juvenile was injured and another detained, police say. Executive Assistant Chief Satterwhite says they are still searching for a third male.
