Woman given 25 years for killing husband

Samantha Washington, a 34-year-old woman from Pasadena, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for the 2021 killing of her estranged husband, 28-year-old Gregory Kirk. A Harris County jury found Washington guilty of shooting Kirk while he was on a lunch break from his job, accompanied by their three-year-old son.
