Good Samaritan helps rescue injured HPD cop
The wrong place at the right time - a good Samaritan found himself in the middle of a gun battle and helped pull a wounded officer to safety. We told you about the chase on Highway 59 over the weekend and it ended with officers shooting and killing a carjacking suspect after he shot an officer in the leg. FOX 26's Abigail Dye spoke with the man who helped the officer to safety.
