Man fatally shot by four men

Developing this morning, police are actively investigating a shooting in Northwest Houston that claimed the life of a man. A shot spotter call led officers to the scene on 34th Street, where the victim and a woman were walking to their hotel when a dark sedan, carrying four masked men, approached them.
