Galveston man sets up free Narcan dispensers

One man is on a mission to stop fentanyl overdose deaths in Galveston County. Les McColgin has set up more than a dozen locations offering free life-saving treatments. FOX 26's Matthew Seedorff reports on how these free Narcan vending machines could be reversing a concerning trend.
