FOX 26 Houston Weather Forecast
Another big weather pattern change is right around the corner with one more warm day ahead on Thursday. We should climb to the low 80s Thursday afternoon ahead of a strong cold front that arrives Thursday night. Scattered showers are possible Thursday afternoon but will increase, especially after 9 PM. Look for widespread rain overnight Thursday through Friday morning. Scattered showers will linger for the second half of Friday as well. This cold front may stall to our SE this weekend which will mean more rounds of rain Saturday and a few lingering showers Sunday. So plan on a cloudy, cool and at times wet weekend. Temperatures will take a noticeable drop Friday through early next week with highs in the 60s and overnight lows in the 50s. Fall weather is almost back!
