Lawsuit filed in week-long Houston mulch fire

A large brush fire continues to burn in northwest Houston as a giant plume of smoke fills the air. The Health Department confirms air quality readings could be impacting thousands of people. FOX 26's Matthew Seedorff reports on the story.
