Galveston County Treasurer on abolishing role

Voters across the state of Texas are voting on Prop 12 which would give Galveston County permission to eliminate the post of County treasurer. Hank Dugie, the current treasurer, not only doesn't oppose terminating his job, he's actually leading the charge. He spoke in depth with FOX 26's Political Reporter Greg Groogan about why.
