Takeoff's alleged shooter taken off house arrest
It has been one year since Migos rapper Takeoff was fatally shot outside a Houston bowling alley, and the man accused of the killing, Patrick Xavier Clark, is now off house arrest. Clark has a curfew, restricting him from leaving his home between 7 PM and 7 AM. However, aside from this limitation, he is allowed to leave his house.
