Lunch For The Soul - Importance of self exams

Lyndsay Levingston is a multimedia personality, host, educator, & breast cancer SurviveHER! That?s the non-profit she founded. Lyndsay discovered a lump when she was only 37 years old. She was diagnosed with Stage 2B Triple Negative Breast Cancer. It's considered to be the most aggressive cancer that impacts black women at a higher rate. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy & chemotherapy in February 2020. Today, she raises awareness about the importance of self exams, mammos, and prevention.
