Over 900,000 Insignia Multi-Function Pressure Cookers are being recalled due to safety concerns. The Consumer Product Safety Commission warns that these cookers have incorrect volume markings, which may lead users to overfill them, potentially causing extremely hot liquid to spray out when the cooker is vented. If you purchased one of these pressure cookers from Best Buy, it's advisable to contact the store for a refund.
