Harris County deputy sergeant indicted

A Harris County deputy sergeant has been indicted by a grand jury on a first-degree felony murder charge. Sgt. Garret Hardin was shot and killed Roderick Brooks after responding to a shoplifter call in July 2022. FOX 26's Sherman Desselle spoke to Brooks' family and the deputy's attorney.
