Murder victim's uncle charged in court brawl

A murder victim's uncle who was involved in a courtroom brawl last week appeared before a judge on Tuesday. Gerardo Machado's niece was shot 22 times by her ex-boyfriend Frank DeLeon and Machado now faces a misdemeanor charge for interrupting court proceedings after he lunged at DeLeon during his court hearing.
