Houston man accused of biting child's neck
A Houston man is in jail after being accused of sucking on a child's neck and biting him. The 10-year-old's mother told police4 the man downloaded a messenger app on her son's phone and would try to meet up with the boy. FOX 26's Sherman Desselle gives us the details on the case.
