State of Fair shooting; 3 people injured

Police say overnight at the State Fair of Texas, a gunman opened fire near the food court. Which resulted in three injuries and one arrest. A Dallas City Council member confirmed it was a conflict between two people who knew each other, causing fairgoers to rush for evacuation upon hearing gunshots.
