Texas yoga instructor caught trying to escape

Kaitlin Armstrong, charged in the "love triangle" murder of cycling pro Anna Wilson, attempted to escape deputies during her trip to a doctor's appointment, leading to a 10-minute foot chase before her recapture. She had previously fled the country during the investigation, taking a flight to Mexico from a Houston airport last May.
