Deaf Deer Park student inspires safety change

The emergency sirens in Deer Park are more inclusive thanks to William Stokes. A hearing impaired student who was brave enough to speak up and advocate for the deaf community. For a community rebounding from a tornado in January, this change will impact so many for years to come.
