Houston ISD board meeting: Teacher confronts board of managers

Larry McKinzie, an 8th grade science instructor at Secondary DAEP, attended a June 15 board meeting at the Hattie Mae White building. During the public comment portion of the meeting, McKinzie gave the Oxford Dictionary definition of the word "accountability."
