Texas sheriff's office using bola wrap device

In Hays County, the sheriff's office is looking into a device to restrain people without using force or pain. This comes as "use of force cases" are top of mind for law enforcement including Hays County after a deadly officer-involved shooting in last December. FOX's Meredith Aldis reports on how it works.
