Gov. Abbott signs street racing bills

Texas Governor Abbott held a "ceremonial" bill signing in Fort Worth on new laws that would crack down on street takeovers. He actually signed the bills two months ago and they go into effect next month. FOX's Dionne Anglin has more on the statewide approach aiming to send a strong message.
