Houston ISD to hire non-certified teachers
Houston ISD is looking to fill some classrooms with non-certified teachers. The request must first go through the school board and the Texas Education Agency would grant the final approval. FOX 26's Natalie Hee has more on families heading back to school this month who have mixed opinions.
