DOJ suing Texas over border barrier

The Department of Justice said they have filed a lawsuit against the State of Texas over the border barrier meant to stop migrants from crossing the Rio Grande. Texas Governor Greg Abbott said in a letter to the Biden Administration, "Texas will see you in court, Mr. President."
