Black market marijuana issue in Oklahoma

Federal law enforcement says Chinese criminal organizations are behind the establishment of Oklahoma as a major exporter of black market marijuana. They say the majority of illegal pot operations in the state can be traced to China. FOX's Casey Stegall has more on the story.
