Man's tongue green after years of smoking

An Ohio man's tongue turned green and hairy after years of smoking. The 64-year-old smoker reported to the doctor several weeks after the sudden change and he was diagnosed with a hairy tongue. It's "an abnormal coating" of cells that forms on the tongue, becoming enlarged and discolored due to the build-up of debris and bacteria.
