Bistro Le Cep is the last surviving restaurant from HRW?s inaugural year in 2003 and they are the only restaurant to participate all 20 years! They have been serving Houstonians classic French country cuisine on the west side since 2001. Karla Salmeron took over the restaurant recently after her Father passed away.
