To honor Juneteenth, Carolina took a tour of Houston's first Black church, Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Lou McElroy shares how the church?s first pastor, Jack Yates ended up in Freedman?s Town and celebrated Jubilee Day, now known as Juneteenth. Carolina also visited The Savoy in Third Ward where blacks went to enjoy themselves.
