Hurricane season begins Thursday, but hot and dry weather closes out the week

Hurricane Season begins tomorrow, and our daily tropical briefings have resumed. One area is being monitored with low chances for development in the eastern gulf, with no impacts to us but it will bring heavy rain to the Florida peninsula throughout the weekend.
