Houston 'Clippers over Crime' summer camp teaches teens to cut hair

A local trade school is looking to cut crime by teaching teens how to cut hair in a summer camp program called "Clippers over Crime" and it's not too late to register. FOX 26's Chelsea Edwards reports more of the details.
