Car thefts have been increasing across the U.S.

Carjacking and vehicle theft have reached epidemic levels in some parts of the U.S., rising by 24% in seven large cities from 2019 to 2022. FOX's Caroline Shively takes a closer look at the hot spots, who thieves are targeting and what police are doing about it.
