Houston weather: Few strong storms Thursday evening otherwise warm, humid
We are switching to a very warm and muggy pattern for the next several days with high temperatures near 90 and a few storms possible each afternoon and evening. Tonight, there's a small risk for an isolated strong/severe storm mainly west of Houston that could produce 50-60 mph winds and marginally severe hail. Best chance would be early evening through midnight. A storm or two may make it into Houston tonight but chances are lower. Look for plenty of humidity as well with heat index values near 100 by Friday and especially Saturday.
