14-year-old teen shot on the way to Welch Middle School in Houston
A 14-year-old student in Houston ISD was simply on his way to school this morning when gunshots rang out near Welch Middle School and he was unfortunately shot. FOX 26's Damali Keith details the incident and spoke to a mother who was dropping her son off at school.
