Monday afternoon weather forecast with Meteorologist John Dawson
This week with be a "roller coaster" with a mixture of record highs to start the week, then heavy rain to end the week. Highs today should reach the upper 80s inland which would set new record highs (current record for Houston 87?) with muggy breezes and minimal rain chances. Now, beginning with a front on Wednesday and continuing through Saturday, we could be in for several rounds of heavy rain. It's too early to pinpoint exact locations, but flooding is a concern late this week, so stay weather alert.
