Houston weather: Mostly cloudy and breezy Tuesday with highs in mid 70s

We have a windy and slightly cool day ahead with north winds at 15-25mph and highs in the mid 70s. A few showers could return tonight, but nothing serious is expected. Wednesday looks cooler with morning temps in the 50s and highs near 70. A slow warming trend will begin on Thursday and we could feel upper 80s by early next week.
