Memorial held for Evan Griffin Lee, man killed in Harris County Jail custody
A Houston mother is still grieving the loss of her son who died while in Harris County Jail custody a year ago. She was joined by lawmakers from Houston and Washington who introduced legislation that could help reform the facility.
