Parental benefits for Texans with "more" children

In a bid to incentivize parenthood here in the lone star state - representative Bryan Slaton has proposed major property breaks for couples who have four or more kids. The benefit comes with an upwardly sliding scale - with parents rearing ten children - wiping out their property tax burden altogether.
