Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick proposes power grid plan

It's been two years since Winter Storm Uri overloaded the Texas Grid and plunged much of the state into darkness. At the State Capitol, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick revealed his plan to prevent the disaster from happening again. FOX 26 Political Reporter Greg Groogan reports what's on the table.
