Illegal dumping caught on camera in Houston

It's a growing problem in Houston and neighbors in northeast Houston tell us they are fed up with the filth. Surveillance video shows a pickup truck dumping piles of trash on a backroad. FOX 26's Sherman Desselle reports from the scene of the crime to show us the mess.
