US Secretary had 'candid' conversation with Chinese counterpart

Senior State Department officials say secretary Antony Blinken had a "candid" conversation with his Chinese counterpart about Taiwan in his first officials diplomatic talks with China since the U.S. shot down a suspected Chinese spy balloon.
