Video shows 2-year-old dog being abused by owner: Houston SPCA

**GRAPHIC VIDEO:** In video provided to us by the Houston SPCA, you can see the owner of a 2-year-old Siberian Husky being punched and kicked by it's owner. Also, a small child is seen in the video telling the owner to stop. However, it's not heard.
