Top Harris County jail official Shannon Herklotz stepping down
A top official within the Harris County Jail, Shannon Herklotz, will be stepping down in late January. The Harris County Sheriff's Office confirmed with FOX 26 Herklotz, Assistant Chief for Detentions Command will be resigning effective Friday, January 20.
