Thursday morning weather forecast
Warm and muggy air has returned to Southeast Texas. Afternoon highs on Wednesday were 20 degrees higher than the day before. A Pacific front will bring showers and storms across Houston on Thursday. Some of those storms could be strong and some of the downpours could be heavy enough to create short-term street flooding. Stay aware of the rain around you especially in the late afternoon. The rain should wrap up on Friday and leave the holiday weekend with mostly clear skies.
