Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women exceling in male-dominated fields
On this episode of The Nightcap, we highlight amazing women of color breaking glass ceilings in industries mostly spearheaded by men. We sit down with Dennice Johnson, founder and CEO of Hyphen, a brokerage firm that specializes in relocating professional athletes, Sarah Escobar, a mortgage broker and executive personal assistant at Hyphen, and Tausha Sanders, the founder and CEO of Her Grails, a creative and marketing agency that hosts sneaker experiences tailored toward women. These women get into the nitty-gritty of what it takes to excel as a woman in professions that others might view as “male dominated”.
